DAO home delivery
With DAO, packages are delivered right to your door, 365 days a year. DAO works during night hours, that for, you can experience receiving your shipment already before 7:00 AM
In case that you are not at home, or DAO cannot get in touch with you, your package will be delivered in the mailbox, in the stairwell or similar, if DAO finds possible. If this is not possible, your package will be delivered to a parcel shop near you.
You will of course be informed about change in delivery procedure, as well as where you can pick up your package.
If your package is lost, we recommend that you contact DAO, after which they will start a search for the package.
GLS Package shop
When you choose GLS Package shop, you can pick up your package when it suits you. Most parcel shops are located at grocery stores, kiosk, gas stations or other retailer, which has long opening hours.
Postnord Collect
When you choose Postnord collect, you can choose to have you package deliver to the Postnord pick up center of your choice. You can pick up the package when it suits you. Postnord have multiple methods of collection such Nærboks, Postnord kvickly and official Postal offices.
