IMPORTANT NOTICE
READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING ITEMS FROM MONASTORE.ONLINE.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in our business model, technology, our system capacity or regarding relevant laws and regulations), and therefore we ask you to accept the Terms and Conditions every time you trade with us. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you as a user of the Website, any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” means MonaFashionStore.
If you do not accept the Terms, you may not order or purchase items on the Website.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without justification within 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession. Read more under “Right of withdrawal”.
The Purchase Act’s defect rules apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the product’s contractuality. Read more under “Defective goods and wrong goods”.
Order
The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed due to maintenance. We try as much as possible to perform such maintenance during the night hours.
Orders placed on a public holiday or holiday will be processed the following weekday. Orders place on the weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) will be processed the next regular business day (Mondays).
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase items on the Website and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.
We can only execute your order if the delivery address is a private address or business address in one of the countries listed on the “Delivery” page. We do not deliver to mailboxes (P-boxes).
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
- Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or given in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity
- An unintentional error occurs on the Website, eg a payment error etc.
- We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age
Agreements can only be entered into via the Website. We do not process orders placed in emails, letters or faxes.
At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?
Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping cart.
When you click “Buy and Pay”, a receipt will appear on your screen. From that point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under “Right of withdrawal”.

The language of the agreement
The agreement can only be filled in English.
Access to the agreement
You will receive an email confirming the purchase and receipt. We keep copies of the agreements in our system, including the order confirmation, for a certain period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be available on the Website afterwards. Please read more under “Follow your order and see history”.
Measures against fraud
In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we can carry out verification checks. The verification check may include the data that you send when you order on the Website, including your address and payment information.

Check digits (Credit Card verification number (CVV))
If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card’s check digits. You will find the three check digits on the back of your credit card, most often on the right side of the back of the credit card. The control figures are necessary for the payment to be carried out and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar safety precautions.
Payment procedure
When your item leaves our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be deducted from the selected payment service.

All prices quoted for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.
Costs related to delivery, shipping or postage can vary and are added on top.
Currency
The prices on the Website are displayed in the currency that applies to your country. Please use the country selector function at the bottom of the Website if you want to change your country selection. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged for.
Please note that the change of country to which delivery is to take place may affect price and delivery costs.

Delivery terms
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. We only deliver to private and business addresses – not to post-boxes (p-boxes).
Your item will generally be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and which freight company is used.
The goods must be accepted upon receipt, unless you make another agreement directly with the carrier. It does not necessarily have to be you who signs. People at the delivery address (eg a family member, a friend, receptionist, etc.) can thus accept the good with binding effect for you.
Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you want to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us about it, read more under “Defective items and incorrect items”.
Separate deliveries
If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be required if certain items are delayed or not in stock at the time of ordering. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.
Follow your order and see history
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Here you will find a link where you can follow your order and see the history. The carrier will also send you information about delivery by email and / or SMS.
If you do not receive the confirmation email or have problems following the order, you can contact Customer Service, who will do their best to provide you with information about the status of your order.
Right of withdrawal (applies to consumers only)
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving reasons within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession.
In the case of several different goods, which are ordered in one order, but delivered individually (eg. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the last item in physical possession.
In the case of a product consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, acquires the last batch or the last part in physical possession.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (see contact information below) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unambiguous statement (eg by e-mail or note attached to the goods in return shipment).
The withdrawal period is complied if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of regret
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of delivery service, other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the date on which we have been notified of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
We bear the costs in connection with the return of the goods.
You must return the goods to Øresundsvej 160, 3 tv, 2300 KBH S without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal of the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.
We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office / carrier.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary determine to the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.
DEFECTIVE GOODS AND WRONG GOODS
If your item is suffering from a defect or we have delivered the wrong items, please contact us through Customer Service. Can you already see that product is in bad conditions upon delivery? at the time when the carrier wishes to make delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.
In case of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:
- Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned item,
- Return the item and receive a similar item when we (Customer Service) have processed the returned item, and prove that we can deliver a similar item, or
- Keep the item and request a proportionate reduction in the purchase price
When you contact Customer Service, you must state the order number, possibly item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of a defective item. Sure, we will refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs once we have received the item back, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item.
GUARANTEES FOR FAULTY GOODS
You have the right of 2 years guaranty at no cost for faulty goods. This is in respect to EU rules on consumers protection. You can find more information at in the europa.eu under consumers.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Website update
We do our best to update the Website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the items can occur, however, and sometimes we find that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-compliance with our obligations under the Terms if the delay or non-fulfillment is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Completeness of the agreement
These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.
Invalidity
In case that one or more of the provisions of the Terms be declared invalid in whole or in part, the other provisions shall continue to apply.
Transfer
We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement entered into with you, to third parties. The transfer is of course provided that the standard of the service you receive does not deteriorate. We will notify you of any transfer. By accepting these terms, you agree to such possible future transfer. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the transfer, your rights can only be asserted against the third party in question.
Personal information
We treat your personal information confidentially. Please read our privacy policy, which tells us how we use the personal information that you provide to us in connection with the booking procedure and your use of the Website in general.
Right of appeal
You are of course always welcome to contact us through Customer Service if you have complaints about an item that you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted by phone, per. mail and per. regular mail. You can find the contact information on our Customer Service under ‘General information’ above.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. Any agreement entered into between us using these Terms is subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
