RETURNING SHIPMENTS
Returning at MONA is easy and free for you
At MONA returns are free, and you get 15-day full return policy from the date you received your order.
A return typically takes 7-10 business days and you will receive an email with return and refund confirmation when your return is completed and processed.
How to return your unused items
You must registered your returned goods by filling up our return form at Monastore.dk/returns-form , where a return label is generated. The return label is sent to your e-mail. You will need your order number and email.
We do not offer exchange. We recommend that you order a new item (new colors / sizes) on the website and return the other goods to us via the return form at Monastore.dk/returns-form.
If you wish to return goods, this must be done no later than 15 days after you have received the goods. The returned item must be unused and be in the same condition as it was received. The item must be returned in the same the packaging in which it was received. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet this criterion mention above.
We do not accept the return of intimate items such as underwear and swimming wear.
